I had my first appointment here and second massage overall with Gary and loved it. I came in for a therapeutic massage and ended up getting an orthopedic deep tissue done after going over my problems with Gary and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he thought could benefit me without pressuring at all to change the plan. I would highly recommend Laying on of Hands Orthopedic Massage Therapy.
Gary is gifted, educated and knowledgeable. He is also a great therapist and teacher with excellent assessment skills.
Gary's personality and humor put me at ease from the outset of my appointment.
My goal in going for an orthopedic massage is to come out feeling less pain or no pain in various parts of my body and to move with ease. After my first appointment I walked to the parking lot with a smile on my face realizing how 'loose'/ relaxed I felt in my walking.
My low back pain was gone and I was walking easily without guarding my body for fear of pain.
I have many issues and I am confident Gary will be able, in time to rebalance more muscles, so that I can become more active than ever and keep up with my grandchildren.
I look forward to further visits and continued healing, so, whether you are young or old you owe it to yourself to have a visit with Gary De Filippo to free yourself of pain, without causing more pain in the process.
